A Necessary Spirit of Delusion

As I was reading the Word this morning I fell into a trance like state. Which doesn’t happen very often. In this state I saw church leaders. Some I knew and some I didn’t. They had enjoined themselves to certain people calling themselves prophets. As I was watching this play out before me, I saw these individuals begin to commingle together with these “prophets”. As they were getting together they began to mesh into one being. This being began to stretch out and become hollow faced and contorted. It was almost like what you would see in some type of horror movie (I do not watch horror movies) as the two bodies intertwined into one ghoulish looking body. This body was twisted and empty, but people kept coming to it and being affected by it. Or infected, I should say. Then I came to myself.

I began to pray and the Lord literally said, "Stop, for I have allowed a spirit of delusion to take over. I have sent warning after warning to the leaders of my church. Some listened and turned to repentance where others did not. They have chosen the easy path of allowing someone else to speak in My stead instead of seeking Me on their own. Time after time they allowed so called apostles and prophets and evangelists into their pulpits and into the homes I put them in charge of. I sent them dreams and true prophets to reveal these things to them, but they discounted My warnings and revelations because of who I chose to send. Just like Jeremiah was rejected by the leaders so are my modern day prophets being rejected by the leaders of the Church of today. These leaders would rather hear words of enticement and entitlement over My Word of correction. They would rather follow the name of a man than to follow after My Name. So I turn them over to allow them to find their own way back from the blindness they have caused to come upon them. I have turned a deaf ear to their cries. They wanted man so I allow them to walk in their choices. I have allowed the soothsaying spirit to go forth and cause deafness and blindness to encroach upon those leaders until they are wallowing in their own deceit and despair. This will be allowed for a season so they will come to an understanding of what is really going on. Then I will reveal Myself once again to these leaders. If they reject Me this time I will turn them over to their own delusional beliefs and their own twisted fate. This is My last warning before I release this upon the leaders.

"It is time to repent. It is time to call upon My Spirit of discernment. This will not be easy as you begin to cancel engagements that you have had set for months. It is not going to be easy to set some of your own leaders down, but I did not call you to an easy chair but to a place of hardness like a stone. Be not afraid of the growling and anger for I Am with you. I Am your Rock of defense as you claw your way back to me in a posture of repentance. Then I will come and heal your land and drive out the inhabitants that you allowed to remain unchanged. For I Am God and before Me stands no other. My Word will prevail as I set this in motion. Delay not, delay not. Seek Me before I turn away. Come sit and dine and Know I Am God!"
